heard SOTT in a bar last night!

I was in a bar last night here in Brooklyn and the song Sign O The Times

came on the system and I nearly shit myself! I'll say this too, it sounded

DAMN good!

Anyone else hear a non-usual Prince song pop up somewhere lately?

Sort of.

The coffee shop chain "Costa Coffee" in the UK plays shiveringly awful cover versions of tracks by well known artists.

Just recently, I heard "Blue Light" sung by a female vocalist backed by lounge type music. It was, quite frankly.........awful, but not quite as awful as the Costa version of Bowies Ashes To Ashes.

One time, I actually heard "Crucial" being played @ the entrance of a Best Buy....I was absolutely & completely shocked by it nod. It was really loud too. So pretty much if you were in the parking lot & near the entrance, you were guaranteed to hear it very very well....

الحيوان النادلة ((((|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|̲̅̅=̲̅̅|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|)))) ...AND THAT'S THE WAY THE "TITTY" MILKS IT!

Lived in Europe for some years and SOTT is a usual song over there. Heard it many times on the radio and in stores. With Europe i mean London and Amsterdam to be exact.

7 i didnt hear there, but in the States it was a pretty big hit.

I was in Toronto at Easter 2011 and there's a band called The A-Team who play at The Orbit Room. Super, amazing band. They played a bunch of covers and the second they started up, I was dancing. Then I heard this beat and this groove and I was like "I know this.....What the hell is this?" Then I realized it was SOTT and I almost lost my mind!

Later they went into IIWYG. Shocking.
