Rank the 00' albums Curious to know how fellow Prince fans would rank his albums of the 2000's?. I only have 3121 and Planet Earth, both of which i thought were pretty good at the time, but have worn a bit thin over time, especially compared to his older stuff. I have heard snippets of the other albums, but haven't really heard anything that would make me investigate much further, am i missing out? We're here, might as well get into it. | |

I just can not understand why people do not like MPLsOUND at all, its a great album, solid funk, dance, ballads and his two best ending trax in years. BIG drop off
5. Planet Earth (I like 3-4 tracks, his "Chaos and Disorder" of the 00s, decent, but uneven) 6. MPLSound (same as PE, his "New Power Soul" of the 00s, enjoyable but DULL)
7. The Rainbow Children (some scattered tracks are great, the album as a whole is a mess)
drop off to HELL
8. One Nite Alone (P's most self-indulgent album ever) 9. Xpectation / C-Note (listenable, forgettable...)
10. NEWS (I don't even consider this as a proper Prince album)
11.Slaughterhouse/Chocolate Invasion (worst pile of shit he ever recorded/"released")
