But the music is great.

Dark is a fantastic ballad,

Come, title track is fantastic, great funk jam,

Letitgo and Space, great pop-funk tracks.

Papa, another great "angry song".

Loose is maybe the best Prince song in the genre, techno-pop?

Even Orgasm, this is weird -- but after all these years it still belongs on the album.

This one is OK, but my favorite track on this album is Papa. This one shows Prince never stopped writing great songs. The rest of the album is a bit predictable, if you ask me. And Prince indeed sounds a bit angry, but that's because he was.

I still maintain that this is the dirtiest song he ever wrote.

AHHHHHHHH!!! No way!!!!!! Haha! He sounds a little unhinged throughout this entire album, but I can't say that I mind. This song's stock just went up for me.

The Pheromone page on Princevault.com says: "Prince has stated that Carmen Electra provided inspiration for the song." Umm.... What kind of inspiration?! Anyone know when/where he said this? If it's true, she really got some good songs written about her! Well, maybe not the most flattering songs. They're definitely not wedding dance-friendly, but...
