So, I'm going to be framing the W2A/Controversy poster and I can't figure out how big it is.

Anyone framed these monsters yet? What are the measurements? Googling sends me to a bunch of random ass old org threads or sites which sell the actual venue posters. Any suggestions for good framing websites or should I keep it local?

And for that matter, anyone know any Bay Area framers that aren't crooks?

Edit: I don't want to open the poster and fuck with it until I frame it. That's why I don't just open the thing and measure it myself.

If it's the same size as the cityscape W2A poster, it should be 36x48. You should be able to measure the width of the poster and determine the length based on that. They are standard sized posters, so for example, if the width was 24, it would be reasonable to assume the length was 36 without having to unroll it.

the poster that I have measures 26.5"x39.5"

tip: when instructing the framer - be sure he understands that you want the poster 'floated' not glued down to anything.

Yeah 27 X 40. I wanted to frame it too, but it'll run me $70 to do it myself

or about $270 to have it done.
