Does anyone else love the way We Can Funk leads into Joy In Repetition on the Graffiti Bridge soundtrack?

Its a piss to see if you are funky..cause lots of people can fake the funk, so a piss test needs to be used. A breathalizer just wont do. And some have so much funk that when they test, the cup overflows with pee...and they will pee some more because they are positive for the funk.

chickengrease	I prefer the original 86 version of We Can Funk. That lead ruins my "Prince slow jam" mixtapes when I make them. I wish there were a crisp clear version of Joy in Repetition with the drums that build into the song.

I always thought it would be more appropriate for Prince to have written "Hurt Me" on his chest in the movie, not "Beat Me" cause of the line in Thieves in the Temple...

(that's what it says, right? Beat me?)

and genius...

nope, I was right the first time.
IT SUCKS!

The proper intro was in the film
(well, mostly) what on earth
possessed him to edit it like
that for the album.

Now, the original segue between
The Ball & Joy In Repetition on
Crystal Ball was excellent.

In the movie, We Can Funk had an ending
and Joy In Repetition had a beginning.
The album versions should have been
the same.
