Just listening to this now and I love how the guys talk about Prince singing "Love Thy Will be Done" in the first Sydney show. I heard that and ... wow!!! It is the best version I have ever heard of that song!! Prince has so much soul in his voice and sings with a lot of passion and emotion ... it gives me goosebumps of bliss!!!
While listening to the podcast it just becomes so clear again that this Australia tour was very very special! Prince gave you guys some rare treats in the main shows (best setlists of the Hits-tours, in my opinion .. for example: hardly any cover songs!) and the aftershows must have been absolutely awesome!! | |

Aw Captain's "I never got to hear Endorphine Machine" was so sad That was a lot of fun listening to all of your recollections! What an adventure you all had for those few weeks! Thank you for sharing your experiences. I'd say listening to the podcast is a nice third next to actually being there or seeing/hearing recordings of the shows. So, thanks again for sharing.

Thoroughly enjoyed the podcast - as always. Your excitement really comes across and reminded me of my experiences of the "21 nights in London" - especially the aftershows and glad some of you guys finally got to experience them.
Also totally agree with when they dropped the bass in "Cool" which they did at Hop Farm last year and the little dance Prince and the girls do. Total highlight to a wicked gig. | |

The best thing is when the bass comes back in ! Ida does this funky as hell intro line to bring it back and it blew my head off everytime I heard it !!! Hard to believe I've been on the org for over 25 years now! | |
