Am I or F.U.N.K. is no more on iTunes?

I can't see it either.. let me guess:

Maybe Prince has just moved on,

Or maybe he just want the focus to be on Extraloveable..?

Or maybe another issue about $$$$$.. ?

I didn't even know it was in itunes to begin.

Maybe all that Together... I didn't knew it was on Itunes... Now I feel Dumb :/

maybe something to do with UMPG not publishing his stuff anymore - one can only hope it is a part of him opening his own on line pay-for-download site in the near future in order to avoid ITunes and the like.

It was off of Itunes waaaayyyy before Extraloveable came out. The last time I saw on itunes was like 2009 or 10.

That's a joke right? God I hope so. iTunes is great. Prince's attempts are dire.

Maybe it was just a one-off thing and he's not mad anymore .

FUNK and SST have been on iTunes since they were first released. They were not removed until the UMG publishing deal ended which was just a few weeks ago.

Not true. F.U.N.K. has been gone for at least a year.

Says who or what? Barring the end of the UMG deal, there hasn't been any information suggesting the song was removed.

Hell, I have a receipt from the end of 2010 that has F.U.N.K. on it, so unless something happened in the last year that was talked about here and I missed it.... Google suggests otherwise.

If the disappearance of "F.U.N.K." had something to do with the termination of Prince's Universal publishing contract, you would expect those other tracks to be gone as well.

More interesting to me is the absence of "For You" from iTunes when all his other early albums are on there. The 35-year anniversary for that album is coming up next year, which is a significant date in copyright law.
