This is the first year I've been aware of his birthday, believe it or not!
Maybe I'll go see "Prometheus" and eat some very decadent chocolate cake, since these are things the Purple One himself might do/like to do.

Every year on this day he's always on my mind & I tell loads of folk it's his birthday! But seeing as it's just another day for him I'll just toast a wee glass of red biddy to my main man of funk & love & say a prayer for him too. Even though he might not celebrate this date, it's still a very special day in my heart! Slàinte Prince!  | |

I did go to the Prince Tribute, got there a little late, assuming it would start late. Great, great renditions of Prince songs, and even a couple time songs. One guy played dmsr and purple rain on banjo, a little strange but very good. I got my money's worth. | |
