Tokyo (from the C-Note album) Hey, just re-discovered this track and now, surprisingly, I am more into it. I just like a few of Prince's jazz instrumentals, most of them I just can't listen to 'cause they're horrable, but this one... It's relaxing. What do you think?

I listened to this album for the first time about a week ago. It seemed nice and mellow but nothing really grabbed me on first listen.
For some reason, in the version I have (which was given to me by another orger at a fan gathering), "Tokyo" ends abruptly before the five minute mark. I searched on the internet and found another version where "Tokyo" runs to its full length but one of the other songs (I can't remember which) ends too soon. Also, the version circulating on the internet has the song "Copenhagen" twice and has an odd fuzzy or distorted sound to it. Did the original download from the NPGMC have any of these problems? The Census Bureau estimates that there are 2,518 American Indians and Alaska Natives currently living in the city of Long Beach.

C-Note is a nice document of the soundchecks during the ONA tour.

Hmmmm...thanks for the tip. I found a place where they're all together. But have listened to Tokyo on repeat a bit. Really smooth track I like how the tracks have been named.
