If ever someone were to redo "Mia Bocca," they'd need to fix the Italian first. Those mistakes hurt! Mistakes aside though, it's fun that Prince includes foreign languages in his songs. Also, does the "Mia Bocca" video remind anyone else of La Saraghina scene from Fellini's 8 1/2? Obviously, Jill Jones is the prettier version.

It would be cool if Prince started giving out songs to other artists (I always liked "Manic Monday"), but I wonder who would be worthy, and obviously I wouldn't want the track to be a dud. I read somewhere that Prince gave Celine Dion a song. Eek!!

EDIT: Maybe a band (don't know which one) could (re)do "Moonbeam Levels"?

The Celine Dion song is good and she does a good job of it. Note, I didn't say great. But it's good.

Thanks for the info! "... I thee want..." Buahaha... Prince and his 17th-century aspirations... The song is kind of monotonous, not the heir to "Nothing Compares 2 U" that I'd hope for!

You know, I was thinking about the group Alabama Shakes redoing a Prince track, something "Undertaker"-ish. The lead singer has a pretty awesome voice.
