Uh....I'm from the midwest, I'm over in Wisconsin. I know what the weather here is like and what it does to houses and buildings. And what's going on there isn't just 'weather-related'...the place is basically in a state of neglect and, just like someone said, 'abandonment'.

I'm guessing Prince is just sick of the place and moved out, locked it up and went, "Fuck it".

You want to know the story behind my avatar? Okay, I'll tell you. I was bored, and said to a friend on AIM : "I'm bored, I'll take a pic of my hand LOOOOL"...actually took it....it came out nice...I started using it as an avatar.

Really you need to take a few steps back and ask yourself why you CHOSE to interpret what is really a random, innocuous pic, in such a negative manner. It's kinda like those inkblot picture tests in that your interpretation of it says more about where your head is at and how you perceive the world at large, than it does about me.

In short, you're projecting. Either that your your Schizophrenia is getting worse because you decided to substitute your meds for pot. Again.

And you did the same thing with my comments about Paisley Park. For whatever reason, you CHOSE to interpret them as having malice or glee in them when neither is there whatsoever. It was strictly an observation. If I see a shitty toilet, and point out it has shit all over it, is that malicious or is that an honest observation?

Like I said - the outside of Paisley Park looks like shit right now. And clearly, it's because Prince doesn't care to maintain the grounds. Especially since others here stated outright that they've been there in the past and the place was in way better condition. Prince has the means to keep the place looking good if he WANTED to, but since it's not, it must be because he's not interested in the place anymore. From what I've seen here in recent years about him and other houses...apparently he doesn't even LIVE there anymore, either, and it does, for all intents and purposes, look very abandoned.

Which, is sad to me like it would be to any other Prince fan. I'm fond of Paisley Park because of the history behind it, but it's his house, not ours. If he doesn't want to live there, he doesn't have to.

Anyone have an idea as to what that round building is? I remember way back when he kept posting construction photos, hinting that it was closer, closer, and what not to being built, like he was building up to some kin dof announcement to what it was, then it just stopped.

Looks pretty good after 27-28 years, but still needs some TLC.

It's just a photo of a ground-floor office. Nobody ever seriously implied that cabinet is the Vault.

Of course it's not Prince's own office, but probably just for a clerical employee or even an office for rent when the studio is rented. Not every room in the entire building is going to look magical.

So the second to last photo is from the photo about a year ago...the one with his hand on Wendy and he's wearing sunglasses and guitar.

What window was the last photo taken from...looks like an office.

I have been in Paisley Park a few times (Lobby, Studio A, B, and C, Gym, vault area, garage, workout room, game room, first floor kitchen, guitar room, etc.)...I always wanted to see the clothes area and his office/living space.

But where is the see-saw? It's not a park unless it's got a see-saw.

There were these tall fern/tropical looking plants and shrubs with

maybe pink flowers on them? The gates were all locked up so I

couldnt get close enough 4 a pic, but It looked good 2 me!
