17 Days is beyond awesome. Would have been so great if it had been on Vanity 6's second album.

Although 'God' is an excellent choice as worst Bside of the 80's, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree and give that honor to 'I Love U in Me' It's just beyond terrible.

I love U in Me is on the list of the worst Prince songs period.

Scarlett Pussy is one of the funkiest songs of all time. It still blows me away

Why 'Girl' (Prince version) wasn't on Around The World In a Day as opposed to the Ladder still baffles me

I think 'The Ladder' was a really good track and fit the album, and I don't see why there wasn't room for both the ladder and 'Girl'

Yeah, the word that best sums up I Love U in Me is: AWKWARD. I hate it....so much.

I like the bside 'God' both the instrumental version and vocal

My fave Prince 'Killer B's' would be this 5, in no particular order.

*She's Always In My Hair - Always have loved this tune ever since i bought the 'Raspberry Beret' 12" all those years ago. Still great.

*Erotic City - Still kills and thrills dance floors to this day.

*How Come You Don't Call Me Anymore - I still get a kick out of Prince's vocal performance on this track.

*Love Or Money - One track that rarely gets noticed when the B-Sides are mentioned. Play this at 33rpm and the music and vocals start to sound like....(I won't give it away but check it out for yourselves).

*Scarlet Pussy - Always make me smile. Definitely a tribute to P-Funk.

Honourable mention to 17 Days and Irrestible Bitch.

Thats fine, I kind of understand that God has a big following, but I just never got all the organ and screechy falsetto. I just think there are so many better ones. I do like Erotic City though and I love u in me is pretty good, I find the surgery line amusing rather than annoying, its Prince quirkiness.

I like them all. "God" is fantastic, (like all the others).

maybe except "Horny Toad".. that's the b-side I like the least.

aww I love Horny Toad. I think it was on the peach and black podcast where one of them said once you start playing it you end up playing it 20 times in a row, gotta agree! But sure I always love his synth rockabilly songs

imo some or Prince's B-sides are like you either love them or you dont particully like them, I love Erotic City it's one I will never tire or hearing but im not so keen on I Love U In Me

There are 2 many funky B Sides to just pick one!

The great thing about the 80's B-sides is that they are all great songs, but not too great. Which is why they were perfect B-sides and why you can't really say one os better than the other, they are all great.

Tho' I prefer the ones from the Revolution era
