Did not know that. I've only seen her once, singing covers with Stevie Wonder. And this wasn't one of them.

Aye, she sang it at last years Rock In Rio, but i'm sure she was singing it before that, I think maybe around the time she was playing with Prince in NYC or something....someone will know the details better than me.

I'm sort of with nursev on this one. Although I do own her last Cd. And it's interesting. She still needs to grow and make things more her own. I still don't feel that she has completely found out who she is musically yet. And Tightrope is fun!

Janelle is very talented and I'm waiting for the next project to materialize. I can see why Prince and so many others want to work with her. She has great energy and a very good voice.

Although sometimes her singing voice reminds me of Foster Sylvers, I think her style is cool.

It's kinda sad how ever since she appeared with Prince in 2010 her career has stalled.

Alot more than u think and one's that have proven careers and talent. Just cuz a person is associated with Prince doesn't mean I automatically like them-doesn't work that way.

Showing her career hasn't exactly stalled. She's also working on a second album.
