itunes issues with For You My copy of For You seems to work just like any other CD when i play it on my cd player but when I put it on itunes it's really bad quality and it seems to pick up static when ripping it on my computer, does anyone else have this problem??? Style is not biting style when U can't find the funk  | |

No. My copy ripped just fine. Listened to the rip several times (doing so now), sounds great!
Maybe try ripping the CD with another program and importing the files? Don't hate your neighbors. Hate the media that tells you to hate your neighbors. |

such a strange problem i've never had this happen to any other cd...I ripped all my Prince cd's and I too had problems with For You. The rip was erratic, making it sound like the music was skipping. That was with Windows media player, which is not the best of programs but it never gave me issues with any other cd.

I have had issues ripping some Warner Bros CDs bought over the last couple of years on one of my CD ROMS which rip fine on my new Macbook and on an old Win XP PC (8 years and countig).
If you can, try a 2nd CD ROM to rip these problem discs. -----------------------------------------------
