annie christian and bite the beat have the same exact linn drum track

Ive known for a very long time now that annie christian and bite the beat have the exact same linn drum track on it. the only difference is that bite the beat has that additional loud handclap at the end.......other than that....both songs have the same beat. did anyone else know that?

No.

I never knew that.

Did you know that "The Latest Fashon" has the exact same backing track as "My Summertime Thang"?

How about "Chocolate", "Cloreen Baconskin" & "Irresistable Bitch" all having the same drum pattern?

lol

There are many more, though!

Prost! beer

purposefully though...Prince used that Morris and him track as the skeleton for others

Latest and Summertime are also obviously on purpose

Annie and Bite The Beat seems more like an attempt to dupe

I'm pretty sure that Annie Christian uses 808 and not Linn Drum.

I guess Prince has the right to Bite his own Beat.

Carmen Electra's "All That" uses Adore as the background music. Literally the same music without Prince's vocals.

Don't forget 'Kept Woman' which is very similar to Money Don't Matter 2 Night.

Could be 808 perhaps, but to me it sounds more like a rhythmbox pattern out from an organ. Definately no Linndrum though!

RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

Same exact drum track?

I don't think so.

Similar? Yes

Same exact? No

If you think the handclap is the only difference, you're missing a lot.

It is without question an 808. He talked about it in an interview and how he THOUGHT he may have had one of the first, perhaps a prototype, (which I doubt).
