Yes it's for real. But it's a remake by a boy named Quindon Tarver or something. The song & its lyrics fit very well with the movie. I think it starts at the wedding scene, when R & J secretly get married. The whole soundtrack's pretty good, and very '90s.

Do movies have to get permission from just Warner Bros or WB & Prince to use one of his song in a movie? And are any use extra money for Prince or already included in any Royalties he gets? (like Do Me Baby in Rush Hour 3)
