I can't help but think of this song anytime I want to feel the cool side and turn to the other side of the Pillow. It happens at least a few times every week and I can't do it without thinking of that song..it's automatic

Love the live version from the One Night Alone shows.

Honestly, I love The Truth (the album), but you picked two of my least favorite songs to start threads about. Between this song and "Comeback", I like this one better; but aside from "Animal Kingdom", they're both my two least favorites on The Truth.

"the truth" is still a very special album to me. when it was released I was in a very

difficult period in my life and it was so nice to put on a pair of headphones and just

chill out to this beautiful album.

"the other side of the pillow" is a great song. he revived it for the ONA tour, didn't

he? I can't really remember that version so I'll have to check it out tonight.

another song that hardly ever gets a mention is "fascination", which is also one of

those cool, breezy songs that prince can write like no one else.

come to think of it, I don't think there's a single track on this album that i do not

like. never quite got why people hate on "animal kingdom" so much, it's nice and

weird. i like those weird type of songs from him once in a while. plus the sentiment

behind the song is a very good one, even if the lyrics are a bit silly.

I took a good listen to fascination yesterday and you are indeed right-it is a great song. The whole album is great to me and the hate it gets around here is not cool at all.
