Is Everybody Loves me Prince worst song? When 2010 came out, I had listened to that song once. Today I checked on utube and listened to it again. Well, I thought it was somebody covering Prince. Then I checked another video and found the same song. I still couldn't believe it was Prince, so I checked few more....
Still I couldn't believe it was Prince...
Then I had to check my own mp, and I was shocked to hera it is the same original song. I am genuinely shocked how bad this song is. Nothing can ever be worst than this song, even not Andy Hello. Literally nobody.
Do you all agree this is the most shamefully bad song of Prince?
It's gotta be.

It's even not the lyrics, but the auto tune, and it is the worst echoed version ever imaginable, and what's that woop the woop all about? I don't think even a wanna be band would dare to post such a crap on their myspace.
He was really taking the piss with that shit. I guess it was free with the newspaper?!

It's just your typical boring and somewhat embarrassing (especially towards the end) Prince song.. far from his worst.
He released three much worse songs that year alone...

Walk in Sand? Absolutely love this song. Your list seems very harsh. I really like 'Everybody Loves Me', a playful, kid-like, musical number. Trust me; go with it & it'll keep you young.
Its so obvious what his worst song is - 'We March'; I love TGE, but it can't be a classic like everyone thinks it is, not with this inclusion.

I don't understand all the hate for Jughead. When that album came out, it was not the best song on the album, but compared to what he released later, this is even not the worst song. As far as I remember I didn't use to skip that one on the album often.

I am listening to it now, and granted..when I first heard it..
BUT now, it's just the lyrics that makes it a bit cringe worthy for me. THIS sounds like Prince in the 80's though. Hahaha..Imagine this in the early 80's with a different title and plain vocals. "Everybody loved her" Haha idk..

We all have our opinions, but I wouldn't personally call "Everybody Loves Me" his complete worst song. It does sound as if someone is copying him though. Haha. BUT I know where you are coming from, cause I felt the same way for a while.
The vocal effects and the lyrics are really bad. BUT the backing instrumentals are the closest to the 'MPLSound' in while. That is what keeps playing in my head. It's a strong instrumental jam! It should have been on 'MPLSOUND'. 20Ten should have closed with Laydown.
