"Hello, welcome 2 the Dawn, playground for the New Power Generation. There r over 500 experiences 2 chose from".

Right away from TGE's first NPG Operator segue biggrin

U can configure all the sounds of Windows (and most softwares such as Skype), do a quick Google search according to ur system's version. U can just change everything if u wanna wink

U may need to convert ur samples 2 .wav format, which is quickly done using freeware Audacity (this one will also allow u to isolate parts of audio files if u wanna take just a bit of a song).

Wow, that takes me back to elementary school. I added a clip of the chorus of MJ's Wanna Be Startin' Somethin' as the startup sound for my first Windows 98 desktop. lol But it kept startling people, so I removed it and haven't made another one since.

LOL. I think my first Mac opened up with the classic line from "Animal House" - "It's not gonna be an orgy! It's a toga party!"

Oh wow, ok then. lol

Alright, well do you have a PC, with Windows XP, Vista, or 7? If so, all you have to do is the following: Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Change System Sound -> Program Events -> Scroll down to "Windows Logon" -> Then click "Browse," and find a .wav clip in your documents that you want to use (which you would have to make yourself) -> Click "Apply" and finally "Ok," and then you'll have a new startup tune that will play whenever you logon. smile
