If you consider that many of the songs he has performed have only been bits and pieces of the actual song, there's a ton of songs. Let's Go Crazy has been "performed," but he hardly ever sings all the lyrics, and that's silly, since there aren't even that many lyrics in the damn song to begin with. From 1987 to 2004, it was almost always sung with the ridiculous "Go Go Go" chant. Oddly, the only time the song even sounded close to proper was for a few shows on the weak Jam of The Year Tour, as it was played fairly well at the shows I went to in Atlanta, New Orleans and Tampa in 1998.
A Million Days is another. I heard him play it on the Musicology tour in the acoustic set in Bosier City, Louisiana, but it was incomplete. On the Toronto Welcome 2 America/Canada Tour, he mumbles the lyrics he does sing with very little passion, so I still count this song as not having been properly played.
Computer Blue was played ok at a New Power Soul show in Dec 1998, but I'd love to have that song back. I can't understand why he will play some songs with great passion, but go through the motions on other songs. Mountains sounded pretty good last year in Charlotte, but he wasn't really singing on it. Shelby & the girls were much louder. Shh has been mostly near perfect, but after Musicology it has kind of been hit and miss, but he usually still kills the guitar solo.
Purple Rain is almost always great, though from 1987-2000 it was usually the first verse, one chorus, and right into the guitar solo.
When Doves Cry was butchered most of the time, but it was pretty good on the bad 1997-98 tour when he actually played it.
If I Was Your Girlfriend has sounded damn good to me in various incarnations. I don't think he ever fucked that one up. It sounded good on SOTT, Jam Of The Year, 3121 Las Vegas, and was one of the big bright spots on Welcome 2 America. In fact, Welcome 2 America would've been much better if Prince sang more, and quit giving Shelby so much time. When you pay to see Prince, and the show is less than 2 hours, you don't want somebody else singing too much, and I've probably made 4,000 posts about how Shelby's "Put Your Hands Up" chant got annoying after the 125th time during a 110 minute show.

isn't it "put your hands up ah " ?
I saw the celebration 2000 tour which was nice because after years of the 2 hour medley concept he slowed it down and played full songs.
A small theatre tour of full version non hits would be cool like say ..
crystal ball g spot lemon crush dark last heart shockadelica eye no i wonder dream factory lady cab driver when 2 are in love tamborine we can funk (older version) train pheremone space universal love mix power fantastic
no covers, no medleys, bring out the linn and get a good backing band that can bring the robot funk .. no break downs .. no chants .. the only jamming aloud shall be in the vein of dez on all the critics .. none of this james brown wanna be crap that prince really can't pull off anyway .. small show so charge 300 a ticket if he needs to .. as long as he delivers on those songs i'll bet everyone will be happy

That's a good list. I would add It's Gonna Be Lonely I'm Yours Hard To Get 1981 version The Sex Of It
There are just too many songs that are funky that are considered non-hits.

The odd "Put Your Hands Up" insanity was pretty much reaching the point of insanity in 2010, and the point of disbelief in 2011, when I lost count after at least hearing it 50 times.
Also, if you go to Princevault.com, you can see that many shows on the 2000-01 tour were 95 to 115 minutes long. So there was not much after the 2 hour medley. Maybe 5-7 songs a night were somewhat close to being full versions, but this was a terrible tour. Despite my complaints with the 2011 tour, at least 10 songs were played in full most nights
