Question about the ONA Box set

What's up people. Been out of the loop for awhile. You know, stuff and stuff.

Anywhoo, I've got a question about the Box Set for ONA. I've got a bootleg copy of the Chicago Show that I've had since last summer and that I enjoy very much. My question is; Is the show featured on the box set better or about the same. I understand that there is a third cd with Aftrshow footage, but I've already go most of that stuff too.

Can anyone whos listened to both shows give me some feedback as to if I should bother getting the Box Set or just be happy with my high quality bootleg?

Thanks!

The box set is highly recommended and worth getting. Although, to be truthful, some of the boots (Rotterdam Nighttown, Paris, Tokyo, Copenhagen and the two Washington shows) are every bit as good, if not frankly a lot better. What you gain in sound quality you gain in musical quality. Besides, only buy boots if you buy all the official stuff too.

Get the officially released box set. I have many of the other concerts listed here (Chicago, NYC, Houston, Rotterdam, etc.) and there are MORE than enough reasons to buy the officially released set. Most notable is how much you gain with the paino medleys...the ONA box set just sounds incredible, and I have yet to hear a boot of the ONA shows that represents this part of the concert well.

The aftershow disc is also worth having when compared to the boots of the same show. Sounds so much better that it's worth spending the $$, not to mention you're supporting Prince directly by buying the officially released set!

Thanks for the imput everybody. I'll get the official release. I just wanted to know how the music of the official release compared to the boots before I spent the cash.
