Who was more gender bending - Prince, Sylvester or David Bowie? Just finished watching a documentary on BBC 4 about disco and I remember reading that in his early days P was compared to both of these guys. It also seems that Sylvester had a pretty mean falsetto too!

I'd say Sylvester, Prince has never cross dressed as a woman. Sylvester did.

Prince did have some questionable outfits though

David Bowie's ass some of his pics make me take second looks

If anybody needs to win the award for gender bending it's definitely Bowie some of his pics are truly interesting-nice pic btw.

When you look at all of Prince's pics there is no doubt that he is a man-a pretty one, but still masculine.

I'd say Prince closest look to be described that way was the Gold era,

Lovesexy Prince had a muscular look, in most photos and live he didn't wear make-up as much, but the Gold era he seemed really thin and it assisted in a more feminine look 2 me

was this his David Bowie look?

With Prince and Bowie there was always something to communicate that the gender bending may be a schtick, but with Sylvester there was nothing that said, "Hey, I could hump your girlfriend."

Btw them BB4 documenties on the joys of disco, disco at the BBC and the queens of disco were excellent and worth a watch.

There's a pic of Prince in a black or dark dress with a hat-I use to have it, but I've deleted alot of his pics over the years. But it's out there

I have a pic of his Sign O The Times peach boots and someone said they were a size 6 so his feet are tiny and yes the pic is damn real no matter how much we don't want it to be

This is obviously fake. The crumbled/folded page is a dead give away. Also, it is apparent by the contouring around the elbows, where the face meets neck and the air brushed/paint look of the legs. Besides Prince in Betsy Johnson?lol If he were going to wear a dress I can only hope he would pick somthing more exciting than this rag! Bob Mackie or Galliano hopefully but Johnson? I think not.

Yeah, it doesn't look right in the neck area. The neck looks thick and "off" somehow.

Not that it would change anything for me even if it were real.

Definitely Sylvester.
