How does someone get this kind of footage w/o P knowing about it? Do all/most boots come from someone on the 'inside'? This was obviously shot on something other than a camera phone.

I think in this case the clue is in the audio.

If anyone recalls the original audience recording a big deal was made of Prince stopping the gig to complain about the acoustics at the venue,. he even named names.

Even though the same complaint is included here as a viewer, I can't hear nothing wrong with this version....so is it possible that this surfaced from LA...in order to prove a point!!!

Unless you collect pressed discs, as some folks do - you can get every bootleg online, for free, in about 10 seconds of searching. Most of the good ones are released online for free any way, so why give money to someone bootlegging the bootleggers?!
