This is a really fun album with some cool cover art. It feels like a collection of cool b-sides, stuff that wasn't intended for a commercial release, but more playful and unusual. Unlike the skits that were (thankfully) trimmed from the Symbol album, the segues between these songs are amusing and work with the flow of the album.
I actually prefer this album over The Gold Experience, because its not attempting to sound commercial in any way. This album revealed a humorous side of Prince that we hadn't seen since Under The Cherry Moon. [This message was edited Mon Feb 24 6:53:49 PST 2003 by Tom] | |

Can' say it's essential, but I can't totally dismiss it either, since parts of it are quite enjoyable. Then again, it has the frankly crap 'Cherry Cherry'...
