Singer/Songwriter Joe Henry (Madonna's brother in law) wants to make a record with Prince...that would be cool!

I read another interview with him in which he described Prince's genius. He stated Prince is the rare musician who can construct an entire piece of music in his head (all instrumentation, melody, rhythm, etc.) and proceed to produce it.

That's the part about Prince that amazes me.

I cannot "imagine" multi-layered grooves and melodies in my head. I can only "hear" one thing at a time.

Don't hand me that shit. Plenty of folks worked with Prince and still work. Wendy and Lisa for starters... whether folks sink or swim later on in that industry is all about whether or not they have the actual talent and determination to pull it off, it has nothing to do with Prince.
