I have been looking for this album for many years:

Yeah, I've seen it several times
(I even considered buying it)
But despite it's rarity and
collectability, it's always seemed
overpriced for what it is.
The same goes for "Strange Tales
From The Rain". I decided a long
while ago that anything over $100
wasn't worth it.

Yes I have seen it along with another Jap promo LP which I believe was called Strange Tales from the Rain.

Both are double albums in gatefold sleeves and both a very expensive too .

They do occasionally surface on ebay,Im sure that a saw a copy of His Majesty's Pop Life on there not so long ago but dont recall what it sold for.

I guess you can always try Madhouse Music although I do find them on the expensive side.

Madhouse Music are indeed selling a copy for £350.00, which is daylight robbery.

You're much better off going to the Record Exchange in Notting Hill if you are feeling particularly desperate. The copy they are offering is mint/unplayed and could be yours if you have £200.00 to spare.

Both these Japanese releases are pretty worthless in my opinion, however.

I have that, don't remember how much I payed for it though, I think maybe $100, don't quote me on that.
Bottomline: don't waste your money, it ain't worth it, IMO.
