So, i asked about this elsewhere a while ago and found out nothing, so i'll try here...

once upon a time, when i first getting like, proper into prince, but was a high school student without cash, i downloaded some singles (i hope that doesn't offend anyones piracy sensibilites) from katz forums, which no longer exists...

anyway, in the bunch of singles there was 'If I Was Your Girlfriend' and 'If I Was Your Girlfriend Maxi Single'

the one that isn't the maxi single is listed as having

1. If I Was Your etc etc
2. Shockadelica
3. If I Was your etc B-side

now, shockadelica is shockadelica, extended version...

track 1 is a housey remix of if i was your girlf'

and track 3 is a housey remix of Alexander O'Neal's 'Shame'

both remixes are pretty well the best prince related remixes i've ever heard...

the download was clearly all bullshit and none of it is real, but does anyone know who did them or where they came from?
