OHWU sounds desolate and very unlike anything he recorded before. Not really any instruments in the tune other than some stark tribal drumming. A constant female scream in in the background in different octaves at times with a howling wolf. There is also a lady crying in the background too. Scary.

ther'e also a major keyboard voice playing a repeating a four-five note melody throughout. It starts up right at the beginning doesn't it? Before the drums.
