Prince Declares: ‘People Who Wear Burkas Are Happy’

“With his sex-fueled lyrics and gyrating dancers pop star Prince is an unlikely advocate of Islam. But the man who sang about ’23 positions in a one night stand,’ has declared that people are ‘happy’ to be governed by strict Islamic law and women love wearing burkas.

To singer Prince, Islam is a non-stop joy ride where women love to be locked into a 24 hour a day iron veil. So I take it, then, that he is in favor of slavery? Because that's exactly what Islam is.

‘It’s fun being in Islamic countries, to know there’s only one religion,’ the pint size pop star told British newspaper, The Guardian.

‘There’s order. You wear a burka. There’s no choice. People are happy with that.’

When pressed on those who may not be so happy to wear the garment, he shrugged and said: ‘There are people who are unhappy with everything. “There’s a dark side to everything.’

Sensing that he might be about to enter a political maelstrom, he added: ‘I don’t want to get up on a soapbox. ‘My view of the world, you can debate that for ever. But I’m a musician. That’s what I do. And I also am music. Come to the show for that.’ source – Daily Mail UK
