Prince the introspective lyricist?

Prince is not the person who opens a lot about what he feels how he feels it .

He is more a writer who looks from the perspective of

an observer,less a main subject

of his lyrical content(when he don't sing about sex themes)

Even when he writes introspective kind of lyrics like it is the case with Old Friends 4 Sale

he seems uncomfortable so he changes the more personal lyrics.

I enjoyed when Prince was singing about standing

at the window watching cars go,playing guitar

like he says in 2004 song from

the album Musicology(the one he played with Wendy live-name of the song escapes me smile )

Would you like if Prince write more about the

things that bother him or make him happy or sad, stuff

like Bruce Springsteen for example?

I named Bruce because even in his poppier

songs like Cover Me he is much more open about himself

then Prince is.

i would like Prince to write a lyrics similar to Dancing in the Dark about being uncomfortable in his skin ,stuff like that.
