This Day In Prince History: Eric Leeds' Times Squared album Twelve years old today (Feb. 19th) - This is a good album. A development of Madhouse, this was originally called Madhouse 26, before some re-recording was done and an extra track was added.
I think I'll listen to this today - It's probably the closest album to Xpectation stylistically. Good stuff. (Oh, and Mica Paris' Contribution album came out the same day, with the first released version of If I Love U 2Nite) [This message was edited Wed Feb 19 7:48:31 PST 2003 by booyah]

I just listened to this again last night in the car - this is a damn good CD!!! If you have it and haven't listened to it in a while, check it out! It was his first material after meeting Miles Davis, and it shows. Give it a listen.

I wanted to start a thread on Times Squared.
I think it is excellent and for some strange reason I have been listening a lot to an oldalmostbrokentaperecording of it. And that after the release of Xpectation... which I find good, but not as Eric's first album. I just wish I had it on CD...
