George Lopez said during the TV interview with P last April..."You left your house..." (referring to the limo ride from his house to the studio for the interview), or phrasing similar, which I took to mean he is still renting in Los Angeles. I know the Beverly Park place was sold (Dec. 2010??), so I am under the impression that P no longer lives there, but I really do not know. It's possible the new owners continue to rent to him. Or that he's rented another place in LA. I find it hard to believe he does not have a place in LA. He's one of the few celebrities able to keep his whereabouts a mystery.

I'd be more interested about the places he rents when he's spending time in New York. They must Prince the place up, but there wouldn't be the time or budget to turn it into a Lenny Kravitz kind of over decorated love pad.

I think LA is where Prince has the healthiest lifestyle, in that he actually interacts with people. Mostly industry people from the sound of it, but still.

Still trying to get an answer to your question, but not having much luck. I checked with someone who tracks celebrity real estate and she said that she does not know of a Prince home in Los Angeles. She wasn't sure though (same as the rest of us). I am still convinced he's renting in Los Angeles (stands to reason, since the music industry is here).

Ok, I have it on good authority that he rents in LA, though exactly where won't be posted online, because of angry nutjobs like stein74 et al. He also has a small flat in Paris. Sure knows how to live!!
