songs that sound like they dont belong dont u guys ever think that some songs would have been better on another of his albums instead of the one it was released on? For example, courtin time sounds like it shoulve been left for the vault or rainbow children i LOVE that tune but it doesnt sound emancipation-y it wa kind of ahead of its time as far a Prince music i guesss  is Sexy. No one excels at everything and along with album art design I think song sequencing is not Prince's strong suit. Seemingly every album has a track that either breaks the flow or kills the mood. It's not that these song are bad but just feel out of place (particularily disappointing when there always seemed to be a B-side worthy of inclusion on the albums)
I'm Yours, Bambi, Got A broken Heart Again, Annie Christian, Free, When Doves Cry, Tambourine, Do You Lie, Slow Love, Dance On, Arms of Orion, Strollin' Blue Light, Solo, etc...
Again not commenting on if these are "good" or "bad" songs but they feel a bit misplaced for various (subjecttive) reasons on thier respective albums. | |

Idk about you guys, but i like when a song feels out of place on an album. It's like a stylistic change and to me make's the album more interesting

I like when Prince fades songs together. I think it's clever & gives the impression that all the songs are one track; much like what he did with Lovesexy. However some songs don't seem to well on his albums such as Graffiti Bridge. Many of the songs there feel out of place. $ on Lotusflow3r does not fit to me either, nor '4ever' but seeing as all of the songs flow into the next, they kind of do, but they are still weak for the whole concept for me.
