An easy question
The Most Beutiful Girl -at the breakdown you hear Prince singing his lowest and high notes

In Damn U, his voice gets pretty deep... *~Reach for the moon, if you miss it, you will land among the stars~*

He goes very deep in "Erotic City" (no pun intended). Maybe also in "The Most Beautiful Girl" or was that "Diamonds & Pearls"? Remember a youtube video about his vocal range, but don't know if it's accurate or names songs.

With respect and not wishing to appear pedantic, in "Erotic City" Prince's voice is altered using vari-speed or some other studio trickery. Some of that is out of his natural range. ...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

Google "Prince vocal range". There should be a video on Youtube that will give you your answers! If it's still there. Can't check right now. Good luck.
Update edit: Yep it's still there!! [Edited 11/9/11 16:16pm]

My bad. Didn't see that you already have the Youtube video. Doesn't that answer your question?

I love his voice in I Hate U. It's quite incredible the way he mixes it up in this song. My fave part is the ending with spoken words and singing. Pure Genius. I just can't believe all the things people say !

Yea, there's a youtube video that shows his ranges!

Oh, I thought he said in some Los Angeles Times article that he's not fond of studio trickery on voices, but he probably means "enhancement" for people who can't sing. Your profile indicates you may know what you're talking about, so OK. It does sound like his voice is sped up a little in some parts, so maybe it's slowed down to go deeper too - for artistic purposes, not to hide an inability to sing (because, of course, he can sing). So maybe "Erotic City" isn't the best example, but he does have a deep voice, deeper than one would expect from a little guy.

Do Me, Baby. Listen to those screams and that falsetto

Precisely. He's never used it to cover any failings in his voice, but he has often used it artistically. All the Camille vocals are electronically affected (not correcting, embelleshing) and his most recent albums have featured fairly extensive use of Autotune - again, though, whereas Autotune was originally invented to make subtle corrections on out of tune vocals or instruments (which is cheaper than recording another take, or may be the only solution if the vocalist is bad!), many artists have been using it at extreme settings for an almost robotic, unnatural style to the vocal. Nothing wrong with that.
I'm sure he meant that he's not keen on using it for correction, because Prince has used effects on his voice extensively throughout his career to provide different tones and character. ...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

Ummm..... I hate to always be the one to have to call stuff out, but... c'mon. Serious question. What song is Prince NOT using an effect to cover vocal failings?

You'll have to tell me. So, let me get this straight - you're saying that most Prince songs have a vocal effect to cover some weakness in his vocal? Please elaborate. ...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

I think the best example can be illustrated in just a few seconds of the song "Damn U". He sings the song in a high register, but in the line "All I'm trying to say is that my psychodelic shouts when you damn me. Damn you..." his voice briefly dips down deep for the "when you" part and effortlessly swoops back up to the higher register for the rest of the line.
That one line has always stood out for me as evidence of Prince's vocal range since the first time I heard it. "I Was FINE Back in the Day!"
