I've noticed the hand fidgeting in interviews before, though never thought to call the phenom 'barbie arms'. Kind of cute.

A few observations: Did not know 'sexing' was a word (or even a verb); did not know he doesn't wear drawers (is this true?); and, last but not least, whatever that is on the right side of the crotch seam does not seem diminutive. At all. LOL.

He either wears a g string or no panties at all. Correct me if im wrong, but mens balls just don't slip out of their panties and expose themselves for a photo.

Probably been mentioned. but it's just a pose for the camera - it's better in P's mind to do that 'barbie arms' than cross them or put them in his pockets (if he has them!) or whateva else he could do wiv 'em. It's probably over the years of posing for shots that it has become almost subconcious aswell.

Look at yourselves everybody... what do you do with your arms when you are sitting on a chair (no table in front) ?? Barbie arms of course

Exactly what I have been thinking! Don't we all position our arms that way when we sit (in a cinema chair, for example). What else should he do with his arms???? And the fidgeting with his hands I would think is being nervous, or feeling uncomfortable when he knows that he is in the spotlight.

It's an obvious stiffness in his elbows. You don't sit in cinema chair and postion your arms like that without the support of an arms rest. He does the "barbie arms" without any kind of support, He just holds is arms out like that. Some of the examples don't represent barbie arms, maybe that's why you don't get it.

Never been in front of a camera, have you? Or watched folks on talk, entertainment or sports shows? People (not just Prince) do that "hand fidget" all the time. Next time you're watching a show or infomercial where people aren't behind a desk, watch what they do with their hands. 10 to 1, they will (at some point) adopt a pose with their elbows bent and their fingers touching or hands clasped in front of them.

From my own experience, one of the biggest challenges for young actors (and some old ones) is knowing what to do with their hands onstage. They're scared to death to just stand naturally, with their arms and hands relaxed. They shove their hands in their pockets (which Prince doesn't have) or cross their arms in front of them or (if they're female) play with their hair or a necklace or ring.

All that to say, there is absolutely nothing unusual about Prince in this regard. He probably just feels naked not having a guitar or microphone to hold.

I wonder how much in lbs Prince can arm lift?
