Not that I discourage this stuff, though. I like it when artists get ridiculous. Ridiculous things are declared Genius or Silly in retrospect, after said ridiculous thing is no longer fresh and new. All the excitement is in the new, crazy stuff, before it's been categorized.

This picture always reminds me the movie Rocky Horror Picture Show. He was and still is Funky.

His 'extended' maxi-singles were great.

The last time he bothere making a really intersting one was "The Beautiful Experience" Maxi, and that had no real extended jams--just different studio versions and mixes (which was still great), and "Come On" which did the same thing as Beautiful.

Those were the days.
