So hoorah ONA live turned up today and I have listened to it whilst at work... I will firstly say that it is truly excellent and that the club was well worth it - my opinion - Anyhow, I after listening have been struck by how lucky I was to get to see him at the Manchester gig in England cos it was very different to this live set - far more guitar based and had a real edgy rock feel to it - whereas the discs are very different and more funky which is cool - but P's guitar on that nighttruly was epic - I took a non prince fan and he was blown away - anyone else can agree with the difference ???

Still enjoying the discs...

And by the way - people who dissed the ona piano - i really cant understand your reasons - I have heard people describe it as toilet - it is just different thats all - and I have to say I think it is mellow moody and intelligent.!

The manchester gig was awesome, so much guitar stuff!

Listened more and I have to say that we were really treated at Manchester - it was really a guitar fest - ! There is nothing really on the ona live that musically is even close to how heavy he was attacking his guitar that night! I wish that he had included Whole lotta love 'cos it rocked!

you guys are talking about the 7th right.That was the best of the two easily.he was on fire that night.
'Empty room' blew me away, as did 'Whole lotta love'.

I was at Manchester on the 1st night, and boy were we treated!!! Was an amazing gig, pity it's not going to be boot released.
