Okay, the video did suck in comparison to most of Prince's videos. Heather Graham is still pretty decent in roller skates although I don't lust after her. And you mean to tell me you have never saw any woman being sexy in roller skates? I just believed that some of the idea's in the video could have been pulled off with a little more planning and work. Most of Prince's video's are below average in my opinion anyway so I set the bar pretty low on my expectations before I even watch a Prince video. There are a few expection When the Doves Cry was good but that because it used alot of clips from a good movie. I guess the best video he has done that didn't include shots from a motion picture was Kiss. Kiss was simple artistic and sexy. I think that what he was trying to do with Melt w/U but as we all see that is a very slippery slope to climb.

Mayte was absolutely gorgeous in that video..

ANd she looked so young in the "Sweet Baby" segment.

As some of you mentioned,the "Love 2 The 9's" video is great.But the version shown in 'Three Chians O Gold' is too short.I'm sure there's a whole full-length version that we've never seen.I wonder why Prince felt the need to edit these videos and make them shorter.That's really my only complaint about this film.

3 Chains of Bohemian Rhapsody Gold...Just think, if the movie Wayne's World wasn't such a huge hit during that era,re-releasing Queen's 1970's hit, he NEVER would've made a song with Opera.Some of the vocal arrangements are nearly IDENTICAL to B.Rhapsody. This album was one of those where Prince was following trends rather than setting them. It would've been a near-classic WITHOUT Tony M.

someone pointed out : Some of the visuals in the "film" were pretty, but the storyline overall was SO hokey!

After Batman, Prince took Hokey to NEW Levels...including the outfits, remember the "Star Trek" uniforms that Tony M, Damon D, Kirky J,and the other flunkees were wearing? Or was that Diamonds And Pearls? Doesn't matter, same era. Also, why call the damn thing 3 Chains O, and not even put the song in there? It woulda been funny to have Prince and Pavaroti singing Opera together, and perhaps throw in some old footage of Freddie Mercury,since it was an obvious influence. Don't take this post too seriously, just some old opinions of mine, haven't watched the thing in 4 or more years, but it was a little better than G Bridge, since there was more music and less supposed "acting."
