"Come on", live at Jay Leno's

This song from the "NPS" album never really grabbed my attention, but I recently laid my hands on the live version at Jay Leno's show and it kicks ass, I can't get enough of it, so incredibly funky! worship

It makes me wonder how the NPS album could have sounded if it had this rawer edge to it. I think I would have loved it! music

Anyone else with me on the Jay Leno version???
RIP Prince: thank U 4 a funky Time...

What remix are you talkin' about? I just know this one song, I don't know about any other tunes played that night. Can someone help me out?

Only Come On was played.
There is a maxi-single for Come On that has a remix version like the Tonight Show version.

He performed Come On and then played the remix after the commercial as they rolled credits.

I loved this cut whe I heard it on the album - which by the way is seriously underrated - and the Leno performance only made me dig it more cause it kicked so much ass.
The same could be said the Face Down. The version that he did on the Chris Rock Show is easily the funkiest TV moment for Prince. NPGMC released it

I'm with you, I'LL CO-SIGN. That was funkier than sweaty week-old workout clothes.
