If you use something like GarageBand and record a song of his while his vocals are also playing with you singing along, do you think you would get sued for something like that? For example me doing that and posting it on this site.

If you post a link to a recording you make which includes Prince copyrighted material, I would expect the forum rules would be reviewed, the link removed and your posting rights would be reviewed.

Such material is reviewed because, regardless of whether the person who makes the recording attracts legal attention personally, by posting or linking to this site, the owner of this site would then also run the risk of the site attracting legal attention.
