It's the 4th track on Ingrid Chavez's album May 19 1992. It was composed by Prince and Chavez. The song dates from 1987, but was updated in the early 90's in order to release the album. You can find more info about it here: http://princevault.com/in...ephant_Box

I love this track and the entire album. It's whimsical and sensual, and you can even dance to it. It's not one of the most famous Prince-related projects, but I find it amazing. Give it a listen if you can.
