I know this has been talked about to death, and I've read all of the old threads on here, but basically I'm interested in these kind of stories. In these threads people always say "I have some stories but I wont go into that here"... so I want people to go into that in this thread

Basically, any stories or whatever of things that Prince did / said that freaked you out in the past. Or even your parents or teachers. I love reading these kind of stories

Prince freaked me the fuck out when he said he was including my debut album in the load of shit that is LOtUSFLOW3R and MPLSoUND.

I still love him though.

Even though that motherfucker owes me more than a few bills.

Its just cuz Prince is a spiritual being as we all are, but some people can be more "in touch" i guess u could say, than other people are, which clearly shows in the way P has chosen to expose parts of himself throughout his journey.

You get to see part of his growth as a amazingly gifted being of music. This exposure is truly a gift of itself.

Spiritual is both God and Satan. You can b lead by both in your lifetime. What matters is where u are now and the 1 guiding your life.

well backmasked lyrics and writting was always considered satanic

so when we first heard it in 1984 it was, along with Prince have such a dark mysterious shadow about it. I loved it, I love being freaked out, Dirty Mind COntrovers and some other songs following lent to Prince have a scary edge to him.

I read an interview with Michael Jackson (i'm going to post it in the PR era thread) about Prince giving him a present with some medalions and weird stuff in a box with a tape that had a lot of backmasking, it scared Michael

But on a side note Michael did partake in some occultish stuff around that time. This is stuff he talked about in interviews: a mirrored room where he would talk with the spirit of Liberace, a tree that he would sit in a listen to the voices / voice of the birds and talk to him about songs, a voice that told him about a song to write and if he didn't they were going to give it to Prince...

The drumbeat which reminds me of one of those forest dances which witches used to do, and 'Ooh She She Wa Wa' is like a chant.

The fact it slows down half way through is creepy (but cool).
