They said that a dvd from the ONA tour is comin' and also that Prince has finished 2 sleep at 11h03 pm on the 10 of february and 1 hour later is new album called "two thousan free : the revelation year" was ready!

just the title, if this is true, has me braced for more JW mumbo-jumbo and rhetoric.Not good.

i don't know much French but my roommate has been studying. She thinks that it basically says the ONA Live dvd will have a bonus disc of new material including "two thousand free: the revelation year" and some covers of i would die 4 u and dirty mind.

I was sent this earlier. I am really wary of the title but the info is mostly true. Prince and Sheila and the NPG band have been recording since mid-January.

I am wary on the title. the only reason that makes me believe it is true is that the jazz times is a very respectable magazine and did a big article on the Rainbow Children several months back. Heck, they even gave him the cover.

This is what i can work out what it says on the French website, my French is not brilliant.


First Page: On March the 9th on a radio station called Nova 101.5 in Paris, is playing 4 hours of Prince Music.

It basically states the news of the DVD comes from a website and not from Paisley Park, so we will all have to wait and see. As off yet no release dates.

i cant c Prince releasing other people's covers.

the part about new music from our main man tho...is excellent if it is true.

I think it's fairly safe to say he will release a DVD and a new album - when? Who knows. The Muzik Mag/cd had a few Prince covers on the disc. I have a feeling it'll all come together soon. We know P is about music and not sitting around.

My guess is we'll see at least 3 more titles and 100 fake
tracklists before we get the real new album.

Concerning the DVD 'ad', that one is hosted by a Dutch consumer-ISP.
It seems a bit 'curieux' that a notable French magazine does not verify its information,
leave alone just throwing in the information anyway.

I have not thoroughly investigated this, but I'd say the 'ad' could have been made with
only the use of screencaptures from the MSN-released footage of 'The Work: pt. 1'.

Other than that, they keep tellin' the story from a 'people say' perspective.

This looks like the Dutch fansite Housequake.com, in the middle of the pictures is the logo of that site. Furthermore, Aaron, a Dutch guy, is the maintainer of this site. It's just wishfull thinking if y'ask me...

that is from housequake.com. a while back, when all this dvd stuff hit, they had that on their welcome screen.

It is indeed completely filled with screenshots from that video, as affirmed by Housequake's administrator.
