Take Me With U Or When U Were Mine. Ive loved both these songs live 4 many years but if u had 2 choose just 1 of these songs at a concert u were at which would u choose and why???....Over the years 4 me its always been Take Me With U,But lately im watching Montreux alot and eye love "When u were mine" more and more each time eye play it. When U Were Mine is a genius song with a kickass keyboard solo and it tells a relatable story with amazing lyrics.
Take Me With U is your typical love song with pop sappy lyrics. Musicially, it's okay. The worst song on Purple Rain and it stood out on the album in a bad way. Should have been an outtake. | |

I love both songs. But I'd give the edge to "Take Me With U" just because I love the violins so much. That melody is constantly in my mind..... الحيوان النادلة ((((|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|̲̅̅=̲̅̅|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|)))) ...AND THAT'S THE WAY THE "TITTY" MILKS IT!
