In my opinion Ida Nielsen is the best addition to Prince's bands since John Blackwell.
Great player, who knows how to play Prince's bass grooves the way they should be.
Beautiful lady too. Seems very nice. She should take the spotlight more often.

I really like Ida.
She's very cool on stage. And it's nice to see her eyes on P, so she's prepared to join him on whatever musical road he chooses to go at that moment.
I didn't know she collaborated with Zap Mama. I liked them a lot.
And her anecdote about Prince deciding at the spot what song they would do Live on tv?!
Wow.
Just imagine the band's nerves.

Ida is really cool, best addition to his band in a long time...hope she sticks around! There's just something about women who know how to slap that...ahem...bass...I can't quite put my finger on it, but it gets me everytime  |
