{Note: I am not speaking for anyone else but myself. I don't know any of the mods or the creator of this awesome forum whatsoever. I was thinking about something & I decided to post it. Of course I made a somewhat condescending thread (some of you said "douchey", but I could care less ) about "Prince Worshippers" recently [along with a few other threads I've made too ]. But some things said on that thread by some of you really made me think this:

I'm guessing the creator of this forum has had to put up with quite a lot of shit from Prince & his people over what can & can't be posted here [among other things ]. And all though I'm sure he or she is still a fan of Prince, I'm guessing that for some of us who put up "negative" threads questioning, bashing or essentially pointing out Prince's flaws are welcome for that reason alone [as long as they're not just a bunch of nonsense or craziness ]...

You have to take the good with the bad when it come to everything {I know some people here are just here to bash, troll & hate ]. I mean, sure, Prince has a LOT of material out there to discuss, but it is impossible for all of it to be flawless & superb. & Sure Prince has done certain things that have made us all question way he's doing/done that, but that's just him, I guess. I'm guessing that a person who has been in the entertainment industry as long as Prince would have a lot of insight & knowledge on how things work, so therefore, quite a few of us who are just looking at things from the outside won't get why he's done certain stuff....[he could just be misunderstood]

[It could be a "racial" thing too (industry wise), but I'm not going there whatsoever....]

Which is why I think it's hard for anybody to argue why he did "this or that" when none of us are on the inside to know why. Seeing that I don't know the guy [nor have I dealt with him], I have no right to call him an "asshole" & maybe he's not one.....but maybe he is an "asshole"....

...& maybe...just maybe...that's why you get some of those type of "negative" or "bashing" threads [besides the entertaining aspect of them ] allowed here. So, I'm just making an observation, take it however you will....I'm just a fan of the guys music.

I'm new to the org and I am wondereing as this a fansite, why are there sooo many people bashing him. Surely we are here to disscuss and share our views on the artist we admire. I just don't get why they would purposely take time out of their lives to come on here and slag Prince off. He is not a saint, he is PRINCE. Wonderfully fucked up and I wouldn't want him any other way!

I have no idea why you should be banned for this. To me it makes a lot of sense.
As for Prince's personality, I think we can safely say he is a control freak and just about every independant fan club has had to deal with that. And some folks will have something to say about that and, unfortunately, there ar those who cannot do that without being negative and insulting.But I don't think that has an influence on the org's policy as to what comments they allow.

Some people take things to heart I guess....& some may have some issues with themselves. I'm Starting to see things differently, & I don't intend on making anymore threads like this whatsoever, but I thought I would just throw this out there & see what other people think....

But I really don't think anyone here worships...can you give me an example or thread. Do I do it?

I seriously doubt it. I do have a sister though, but she's 5 years older than me...
