the last time i heard of him being in public was at a nikka costa gig in los angeles.this was exactly 1 month ago.

Last I heard, he was trying to come up with a new "symbol" to change his name to, so he could go against being an independent artist, & get one of those 360 deals he speaks so highly of....

Anyone know if he still lives in/rents that Beverly Park place? It was sold sometime in 2010, which is why I ask. I think he was renting it at the time. Lopez said something about Prince 'driving from his house' (during that April 2011 TV appearance), so he has a house here somewhere. Wondered if it was the same one.

Update: I'm editing my own post to say that I saw an old TMZ story that said he moved out of Beverly Park in 2009...theur story was about some mix-up on the refund of the security deposit ($300K). So, no, he doesn't live there any longer, but presumably he has new digs in Los Angeles (among other residences).

DJ Rashida tweeted and re-tweeted a few things about "spinnin' the grooves" and added, "Last night changed it all..I really had a ball.."

She mentioned "Always Good times wit the NPG & co" and exchanged tweets with Cassie, but didn't specifically say that Prince was there.

But a few minutes of following the trail of tweets and retweets suggests that he was, particularly with a beautiful quote like "Heading home from Prince's private party...trying to process all these memories #crazy #epic #wtf #amazing" from one of the party-goers, followed by "You ever wake up and think: "damn was last night real" #Moment4Life" the next morning

They seem to be mostly LA dwellers, so I'm guessing that's where he is...or at least was, last night.

I don't see any news somewhere....Prince is recording all the time..in LA....MN....PARIS LONDON...NY...in Swissland the past months....etc...& when he recorded something ...it's for only his vault...SO ....tomorrow will be another day & maybe an other day for Prince in sessions....in a studio somewhere for something !!!
