The song has a familiar Prince, ballad theme, but it is a pretty ass song, with nice lyrics.

Excellent ballad! If I'm correct he won a Grammy for it as well. It's a smooth more R&B flavored ballad than we've seen since in awhile. When  go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all  up in the house but when log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming! | |

The vocal layering & vocal arrangement is classic Prince slow jam. Also the re introduction of the Prince classic Lynn drum machine is what really caught my attention about this song. I expected it to become another RnB hit 4 Prince. It did get some radio play here. But it did end up being a Grammy award winning Masterpiece! [Edited 10/4/11 2:08am] will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

way too much love for this mediocre song. In fact i actually think that Planet Earth probably has the worst ballads he has ever done.
