I really think the song is brilliant , clever and cute , but yeh i can see why going out of and back in the falsetto register all the time may sound annoying to some

I love ATMITW, but it may be one of a few tracks from recent years where you can hear that Prince's voice has changed with age (don't worry fambots, this isn't a criticism against your divine idol).

Probably my favourite Prince song from the '00's: just a quirky, well composed little poptune, with more thoughtfull lyrics then 99 percent of his recent material.

I can see the vocals might sound a bit 'wobbly' to some, because he is singing like 'halfway' his falsetto and regular vocals, but its not like he is never sung in this way before: Condition of the heart?

I had a little bit of problem with this song at first too but after a number of listens I like it. (This could be called a concession or a realization but this is what I think.)

UR doing pretty good if this is truly "the only" Prince song you can't listen to.

i actually like this song a lot. it's a style he doesn't do lot of. it's also a mature pop/rock sound. i endorse it.

Prince fans are funny. That song is a good song, yeah there is better but if you aint hip to the diverse song stylings of Prince and tend to only like one style he does, well...you aint a Prince fan imo. LOL!
