He does, but not enough (and I'm not talking about the 'hits')

I don't want to hear any more 'covers' Prince has a catalogue of music & stardom that he shouldn't have 2.

I would love 2 hear more songs from the first 2 albums especially

love songs like Space & Tangerine Rainbow Children, and some earlier unreleased stuff like Leaving 4 New York

I know, great songs can easily get 'played' out, holding off for a while and popping a song out at certain shows or concerts makes it more special.

For example if we hadn't heard Purple Rain played live for like 5 months leading up to his Brit Award Show 2006 with Wendy Lisa & Sheila in the band, it would have taken on a whole different appreciation.

If instead of playing 'hits' concerts/shows he played more song/themed oriented shows or specific music genre shows then the would work differently.

An all out rock concert with nothing but:

Or do like a 'piano' bar series of set's in between where it is just him and maybe someone on synth/keyboards to add a bit of background, where he plays:How Come U Don't Call Me, Under the Cherry Moon, Free, the Ladder, Venus de Milo, Starfish & Coffee, Tangerine or some that the piano is key and can be played acoustically

Have you been to any live shows in the past 7-8 years?

back in 2002 He played a full rendition of purple rain with band. But didnt use or have his famous guitar solo, he was on piano the whole time. Now that was cool

I know so would I!! I actually really like it when he curses in songs. Like when he shouts 'bullshit' in housequake..am I the only one who loves that bit?? Let's pretend were married is really hot but I seriously doubt he'd even consider singing that any time soon. So how much does he leave out now?? I'd pay a 100 bone just to see him do a full version of Let's Pretend We're Married among many others like Sexuality would pretty much kill anyone anywhere even trying to match the game of that song. I'd love it if he would do special adult only shows 21 and over only. WOuld work in the Bay Area or Vegas or ? Soooooooooo much more money would be made if he would do 21 and over aftershows, charge more, and REALLY lay out some jams.

I am fine with the hits, fine with the old stuff, the lesser known stuff, the new stuff.

I just wish if he says he is going to stop playing the hits to actually do it!

If he would like more fans like me to show up, yes.

Isn't that what was done on the recent tour...mostly old songs with a few of the newer tunes?
